Once purchasing the greek god program, the 8 week program, the chest program, or poseidons pump, you will have access to the specific page for each program on my website. Make sure you are logged into youre account and then go to the navigation bar at the top on the website to find the page for the program you ordered. There will be the files needed to get the program!
